Schedule a batch of posts
Scheduled batches let you queue several posts to publish at different times — useful for daily content streams or campaign launches.
Creating a batch
- In the desktop app, click Compose → New Batch
- Add posts one at a time (each post can target a different mix of platforms)
- Pick a schedule for each post (date + time, with the timezone you set in Settings)
Recurring schedules
Click the Repeat icon next to any post in the batch to set a recurring rule:
- Daily — every day at the same local time
- Weekly — pick weekdays
- Monthly — pick a day of the month
- Custom — cron-style expression (advanced)
Pausing and resuming
You can pause an entire batch (or a single post within it) at any time. Paused posts skip their next scheduled run but resume the rule after.
What happens if the app is offline?
The app caches scheduled tasks locally and reconnects to our servers when it's back online. If a scheduled time is missed:
- Within 24 hours: the post publishes as soon as the app comes online
- Past 24 hours: the post is marked as Skipped and you get a notification
