Contents

1. What can be deleted

You may request deletion of:

Billing records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, chargeback, and anti-fraud obligations.

2. Delete local desktop data

The desktop app stores connected account records, OAuth tokens, drafts, reports, and AI outputs locally on your device.

  1. Open the StreamX desktop app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Disconnect each connected social account you no longer want StreamX to access.
  4. Use the local data reset option when available, or uninstall the application and remove the StreamX application data folder from your operating system user profile.

Deleting local data removes it from that device. If you installed StreamX on another device, repeat the same process there.

3. Revoke connected platform access

To make sure a third-party platform no longer accepts StreamX's tokens, revoke access in both places:

Once revoked by the platform, StreamX cannot publish, read, refresh, or act on that platform account unless you connect it again.

4. Delete server-side account data

To request server-side deletion, email privacy@example.com from the email address associated with your StreamX account and include:

We may ask you to confirm the request from the account email address before deleting records.
