隐私与数据
Your data is stored encrypted on our servers in the EU (Frankfurt) and US (Virginia). We never sell your data to third parties.
Yes. Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data. This permanently removes all your posts, analytics, and account information within 30 days.
StreamX only requests the minimum OAuth scopes needed: posting content and reading basic analytics. We cannot read DMs, change passwords, or delete your platform accounts.
AI 功能
StreamX uses AI for: smart scheduling (best time to post), content suggestions, hashtag recommendations, and analytics summaries. All AI processing uses anonymized data.
Yes. Go to Settings → AI & Automation → toggle off any AI feature individually. Your content will never be used to train models regardless of this setting.
We use a combination of OpenAI and self-hosted models. All data sent to external providers is anonymized and stripped of personally identifiable information.

StreamX currently supports YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn. We're actively working on Pinterest and Threads support.
Each platform enforces its own API rate limits. StreamX respects these limits and will queue posts if you hit them. Pro and Team plans get priority scheduling for higher throughput.
No. Features vary by platform — for example, YouTube supports video upload but not direct messaging, while X supports threads but not long-form video. Check our Platform Guides for details.
计费与订阅
Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but you keep all features until expiry.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. Enterprise plans can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle to avoid losing access to features mid-period.
