Your first publish in 5 minutes

This is the fastest way to see StreamX in action. We'll walk through the full happy path: connect an account → write a post → publish.

1. Connect a social account (1 minute)

After activating your license, the StreamX app opens to the Dashboard. Click Accounts in the left sidebar, then Connect.

Pick any of the supported platforms:

• YouTube
• Facebook
• Instagram
• X (Twitter)
• TikTok
• LinkedIn

A browser tab opens. Sign in to the platform's OAuth page and grant StreamX permission. The browser will redirect back to the app — you should see your account appear under Connected.

2. Compose a post (2 minutes)

Click Compose in the sidebar. You'll see a Notion-style editor:

• Title — Optional. Some platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn) require it.
• Body — Markdown supported. Drop images directly into the editor.
• Media — Attach video / image. The app will transcode automatically if needed.

3. Pick platforms (30 seconds)

In the right panel:

1. Check the platforms you want to publish to
2. For each platform, you can override the body (some platforms have different character limits)
3. Hit Preview to see how it'll look on each platform

4. Publish (instant or scheduled)

Two buttons at the bottom:

• Publish Now — fires immediately
• Schedule — picks a date/time, the app's local scheduler handles it

After clicking, you'll see real-time progress in the publish queue. Each platform reports back its native post ID + URL.
