What happens on first launch
The first time you open StreamX, you'll see a guided setup that takes about 4 minutes.
- Create or sign in to your account (only email + password — no social data uploaded)
- Pick which platforms you want to connect (you can add more later)
- OAuth into each platform — the same flow you'd use to sign in to a website
- Optionally enable AI features and let the app analyze your past content (locally)
Verify integrity
Every release publishes SHA-256 checksums and a detached PGP signature. Match them before installing in regulated environments.
